Costume jewelry for your inner misfit

I carefully inspect each piece of jewelry prior to shipping it to the customer. If anything is not suitable, it is immediately fixed prior to wrapping in tissue paper. Each pair of jewelry is packaged in compostable bubble packaging and comes with a “gift”, as a thank you, from me. Packages should never arrive damaged, unless tampered with. I strive really hard to create a good first impression and create packages you want to open.

However, should a package never arrive, please email  me or contact me on social media, so that we can come to an amicable agreement. Some of my items are replaceable, and some are one of a kind. Should the mail systems fail us, I will offer either a full refund or replacement of lost item. As the post has been running a bit late these days; I do ask for a two week window before inquiring about missing packages. If you have been waiting for a month, then you have been waiting far too long. Please message me directly if you have been waiting longer than  a month, and please be honest. Karma is real, and it’s a bitch.

Should an item break on you, please send it to me and ill fix it free of charge and send  the item back to you! I am constantly evolving as an artist and improving my technique.
